Job Description

To undertake all work to the highest standard possible and in line with current best practice and guidelines

Should be multi-skilled with experience in more than one scope of services related to Facilities management. (MEP & Civil Works)

To always demonstrate a positive and professional approach to our tenants, ensuring wherever possible the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.

To ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety guidelines, policies and procedures

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Speak with others using clear and professional language, and prepare and review information in a variety of formats accurately and completely.

To attend guest request and requirements as promptly as possible

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Attend shift working when required
